History

The Bronx is New York City's northernmost borough, coterminous with Bronx County. The Bronx is located northeast of Manhattan. It is the only one of the city's five boroughs situated primarily on the United States mainland (the others are on islands).

Points of Interest

Manhattan College
Manhattan College is a Roman Catholic liberal arts college in the Lasallian tradition in New York City. Despite the college's name, it is no longer located in Manhattan but in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, less than a mile north of the northern tip of Manhattan and roughly 10 miles north of Midtown. Raven of the Teen Titans attended Manhattan College for a short period of time.
