Wonder Woman (Golden Age)
Golden Age Wonder Woman is a term applied to the various incarnations of the character who are most noted for operating during the so-called Golden Age of Comic which is loosely attributed to 1930s to the mid 1950s.
There have been different Wonder Women who have been noted to operate within this time frame.
Before the events of "The Crisis on Infinite Earths" the most famous of these is Princess Diana Trevor of Earth 2 who is generally addressed as THE Golden Age Wonder Woman and is the generally accepted first primary incarnation of the character.
Post Crisis in order to match the printed stories of 1930s and 1940s era, the Modern Era Queen Hippolyta transported herself back in time before World War 2 and adopted the identity of her later famous daughter and joined the Justice Society of America of that era. Hippolyta remained in the past until after World War 2 had finished.
But after serving in that past for a period of time Hippolyta returned to the present time.
There have been other alternate reality versions of this era character but most are usually only referred to on a single occasion and not referred to again and thus largely discounted.
