Synopsis for "Genesis"
Anatol Mykros is one of the original founders of the terrorist cartel the Council. Anatol has mastered the art of cloning and has used his processes to create an elite fighting force culled from the DNA of the Sportsmaster. Anatol genetically bred two daughters, Soseh and Ellina. While Ellina follows her father's path, Soseh recognizes the council's evil. She rebels against them and fights through a swathe of Sportsmaster clones at the Temple of Athena in Athens. After vanquishing the clones, she turns to see her sister standing before her. Ellina unsheathes her blades and the two lunge at one another. The fight is long and brutal, but Soseh draws first blood. The Sportsmaster clones regroup and Soseh is outgunned. Escape is her own option. Dodging bullets, she dives off the cliff's edge deep into the Aegean Sea.

Synopsis for "Sisters"
On Themyscira, Hippolyta leads Black Canary, Star-Spangled Kid and Hawkgirl through an intense training exercise. Hippolyta's fellow Amazon Phillipus approaches and tells her queen that they have discovered a body washed up upon the shore. The JSA members finds the unconscious Soseh Mykros. Soseh awakens and tells the heroes about the Council and their clone assassins. Hippolyta and Black Canary recall facing such clones recently. They agree to help Soseh track down one of the Council's cloning facilities and destroy it. Soseh decides to adopt the code name Nemesis. The heroines travel to Crete and find a Council manufacturing plant hidden deep inside of a mountain. The cavern is actually an abandoned missile silo. They soon discover that the Council is in possession of an armed nuclear missile. They also find the Council's clone gestation chambers. Hippolyta, Nemesis, Black Canary, Hawkgirl and Star-Spangled Kid destroy as many of the gestation sacks as possible, but suddenly Ellina appears before them. Soseh and Ellina have their final fight with one another. Reluctantly, Soseh succeeds in meting out a fatal blow. Black Canary contacts Oracle for advice on disarming the nuke. However, when she begins to tinker with it, she unwittingly sets off a booby trap. The JSA race out of the cavern as the bomb explodes, destroying the entire facility. They wonder whether Nemesis may have survived the explosion. Elsewhere, Anatol Mykros conspires with his new secret ally - the Ultra-Humanite.
