History:

Quentin Quale was a project manager employed by Concordance Research in Manhattan, New York. He supervised other department heads including physicist Martin Stein and Harry Carew. Quale felt that Stein was not the sort of scientist that Concordance wished to associate with and suspended his tenure.

• Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact.
