History
Robinson Park is a landmark located in one of the more impoverished neighborhoods in Gotham City. Its borders extend between South Gotham and Central Gotham Island. Approximately ten years ago, it was the scene of a violent firefight between a GCPD SWAT team and a mysterious nocturnal vigilante known as the Batman. Selina Kyle and her young companion Holly Robinson lived in an apartment building just outside of Robinson Park. In recent years, Robinson Park became the base of operations for Poison Ivy during the No Man's Land affair. Many of the park's more notable landmarks such as the Forum of the Twelve Caesars, Finger Castle, and the Robinson Park Resevoir were destroyed during No Man's Land. Once Gotham was re-instituted, a restoration project was put underway to repair the damage.
