Kawatche Caves

The Kawatche Caves are a series of underground tunnels once inhabited by the Kawatche nation. The inside walls of the caverns are decorated with various cartouches and symbols of Kryptonian origin.

Kent Farm

The Kent Farm is the family residence of Jonathan and Martha Kent. It has been in Jonathan's family for several generations. The farm is adjacent to the Lang farm and Ben Hubbard's farm in rural Smallville.

Kent General Store

The Kent General Store was operated by Jonathan and Martha Kent during the years that Clark Kent was adventuring as Superboy.

Lang Farm

The Lang Farm is the home of Lana Lang, and her parents. As an adult, Lana became the only resident of the farm. In the comics, the Lang farm is located next to the Kent Farm. In the Smallville television series, it is actually located a short distance away (but close enough to be viewed up close with a telescope).

Loeb Bridge

Lex Luthor once lost control of his Porsche striking young Clark Kent, driving him off the bridge. Clark saved Lex's life, and the two became friends soon after. The bridge is named after writer/consultant Jeph Loeb.

Luthor Mansion

Imported stone by stone from Scotland, this mansion is the residence of Lex Luthor, and for a brief period of time, his wife Lana Lang Luthor.

Luthorcorp

Luthorcorp is the international corporate empire of Lionel Luthor (also spelled LuthorCorp and Luthor Corp). The corporate office is located in Metropolis, with branch offices all across the globe, including Smallville.

Reeves Dam

Reeves Dam was the location of Project Ares - a top secret LuthorCorp program designed to develop potential "super soldiers" to deal with perceived extraterrestrial menaces. Reeves Dam is named after the late Superman actor Christopher Reeve.[citation needed]

Riley Field

Riley Field is a corn field located adjacent to Luthor Corp facility Fertilizer Plant #3. At Smallville High School, it is an annual tradition for the football players to select a freshman, and tie him to a wooden pole like a scarecrow during Homecoming week. In 1989, Jeremy Creek was chosen to be the scarecrow and was tied to the pole during the first meteor shower. Exactly twelve years later, Clark Kent endured a similar experience.

The Smallville Gazette was a small daily newspaper published in the town of Smallville, Kansas.

Smallville Orphanage

The Smallville Orphanage is where Jonathan and Martha Kent brought infant Kal-El after finding him in a field. When the child proved too unruly, the Kents decided to adopt him.

The Smallville Post was a small daily newspaper published in the town of Smallville, Kansas.

Talon

The Talon is the name of a trendy coffee shop located on the main strip in Smallville. Prior to being purchased by Lex Luthor, the Talon was a closed down movie house. It was briefly the place of residence for Lana Lang and her boyfriend Adam Knight. Lana, as well as Lois Lane, Martha Kent and Kara Zor-El have all worked as barristas at the Talon.
